Business Continuity Plan Disclosure

Monness, Crespi, Hardt & Co., Inc.'s ("MCH") policy regarding any Significant Business Disruption (SBD) is to respond first and foremost by safeguarding our employees' lives. Once we have satisfied this primary concern, we will then make every effort to make an assessment of existing operations and move as quickly as possible to recover and resume business activities in order to protect all books and records and to allow our customers the ability to transact business.

Our primary office is situated at 780 Third Ave. 24th Fl New York, NY 10017. The main telephone number is 212-838-7575, and the direct Trading line is 212-751-7900. Order taking occurs at this location.

Significant Business Disruptions (SBDs)

Our plan addresses two categories of disruptions: internal and external. Internal SBDs affect only the firm's ability to communicate and conduct business, such as a fire in our building. External SBDs prevent the operation of the securities markets or a number of firms in the securities industry.

Alternative Physical Location(s) of Employees

In the event of an SBD, we will move our staff from affected offices to the closest of our unaffected office locations at Atlantic Beach and Garden City New York locations. The telephone numbers for those locations are 917-882-3700 and 516-316-5481.

External SBD — Customers' Access to Funds and Securities

MCH does not maintain custody of customers' funds or securities. They are maintained at RBC Clearing & Custody. In the event of an internal SBD, our registered persons will accept orders from the alternate locations listed above if telephone service is available. If our web access functions, we will post information at mchny.com directing customers to contact Karen Ferguson-Moran or use the emergency phone numbers listed above. If an external SBD occurs and customers are unable to reach us, they should contact RBC's client service team directly.
